Although we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, we can assist you in understanding the rights you retain in your association and over your home. Our mission is to ensure transparent operations and inclusive management of HOAs.

Join our association today and help amplify the voices of homeowners in our state. With no membership fees, your participation strengthens our collective impact at the state capitol. Together, we can ensure that our concerns are heard and addressed by elected officials. It is estimated that there are 3,000 HOAs in Idaho. However, because the legislators never hear from us in mass and only hear from the Building Contractors Association in the industry, our laws are written to protect their interest, not ours. When you join us you will have access to resources, stay informed, and connect with neighbors who share your interests. Let’s unite for a better future for all homeowners!
